Sleep Essentials

The Sleep Essentials Consulting package includes:

  • An exclusive workbook to clarify what is happening in your current sleep situation and provide a framework for setting realistic goals for your family 
  • A custom sleep plan based on your baby, your family, and your unique needs and parenting style. 
  • Two (2) phone or video zoom sessions to help clarify the current challenges you are facing and develop and implement a plan for your family
  • Daily check-ins while you implement the plan to help you troubleshoot and offer feedback and support. 
  • Email support for six weeks to answer questions and offer support throughout the process.

  • You have a foundational knowledge of infant sleep and you need an objective sounding board to help you talk through the challenges at hand.
  • You’re not interested in making changes right now, but you have questions about your baby’s sleep and you want to plan ahead for future development and transitions.
  • You are a breastfeeding/chestfeeding parent and you want to learn more about how you can encourage good sleep habits while also protecting your milk supply.
  • This is your second baby, and you just need to get something figured out so you can get your brain back on track. 
  • Or, maybe you’re pregnant and you want to learn about infant sleep and have a realistic plan for starting off strong and as prepared as possible.

Essential Sleep Consulting: $335

Sweet Dreams

The Sweet Dreams Sleep Consulting package includes:

  • An exclusive workbook and zoom session where we will work through your current sleep challenges together and develop realistic goals for your family.
  • A custom sleep plan based on your baby, your family, and your unique needs and parenting style. 
  • Four (4) total zoom sessions:
    • One intake session to discuss your sleep history and develop goals for making changes.
    • One session to discuss your sleep plan, make adjustments if needed, answer questions, and provide support to ensure you feel confident to implement the plan as a family.
    • One follow up session after you have implemented your sleep plan to discuss next steps, tips for maintaining your new normal, and celebrate your success together!
    • One additional session and two mini-sessions to use as needed: for infant sleep education, troubleshooting, following-up, or any other additional support while we are working together.
  • Daily check-ins while you implement your sleep plan to help you troubleshoot and offer feedback and support. 
  • Email support for six weeks to answer questions and offer support and encouragement throughout the process.

 

You may be interested in the Sweet Dreams Sleep Consulting package for a variety of reasons:

  • This is your first baby and you’re not really sure how this sleep thing works. You want to spend a bit more time learning about how babies sleep so you can understand the hows and whys of what you want to achieve. 
  • Or, your other baby/ies wasn’t/weren’t like this, and you want to spend some extra time discussing how this baby is different, and how you can best meet their unique needs while also meeting the needs of the rest of your family. 
  • You need extra hand-holding. That’s ok. Making changes is kind of a big deal and you want to make sure you know what you are doing, you know what to expect, and you know you’ve left no question unanswered. 
  • You are a breastfeeding/chestfeeding parent and you want to create a plan to help you and your baby get more sleep, while also protecting your milk supply and feeding relationship with your baby.
  • You have a complicated situation, or, you’ve already tried x, y, z and nothing has worked. We might need more time to gather all the pieces of the puzzle to put together a plan that works for your family.
