Our classes and workshops help us nurture relationships with our clients and they also help our clients prepare for birth and early parenting with evidence-based information and community support from other families in the Silicon Valley. Our comprehensive curriculum covers the essentials you’ll need to prepare for a positive experience, through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

We work as a team to support each other so that we can offer you the highest level of truly continuous support in labor and birth from a fresh, well-rested, fully-present doula that you know and trust, on-call for you 24/7. We don’t work with rigid shifts; rather we weave a flexible fabric of support so that our team is available no matter what comes up during your birth.

Our clients benefit from the thousands of hours we’ve spent teaching prenatal education and providing labor and postpartum doula support informed by our intuition and evidence-based best practice. As part of our commitment to stay up-to-date on the latest research, we engage in ongoing professional development and professional peer review. Oh, and we’d like to think that we’re a pretty fun team to work with. If we don’t hear the occasional giggle-snort, we’re probably doing something wrong.
